Not much info there. Was there a study about the affect of long term consumption of genetically modified food, and also the affects of long term consumption of the fertilizers and pesticides on the human body? The answer is probably not. The biggest reason to buy organic is not that the food is necessarily healthier but better on our environment. And finally, the only reason for the higher price is all of the government oversight that is involved in farming organically. As always more government means higher cost that means less government in all areas of our lives and more money in our pockets. See you in Ithaca.
